Beijing has number of skyscrapers that shape the scene of the city. They are mostly located in the CBD (Central Business District). Here is a list of the tallest skyscrapers of Beijing.
This office tower is located in the west wing of the famous Yintai Centre, which included the Park Hyatt Beijing and a luxury shopping mall.

2. China Life Tower
Situated in Chaoyangmen Outer Street, the beautiful China Life Tower is surrounded by international banks, financial and insurance companies. It is a 35 storey tower and the total floor area is 116,000 square meter. The area is nice, full of bars, restaurants and shops.
3. Fortune Plaza Office Building 1
It is a 63-floor skyscraper in Beijing. Its height is 260 meter. Completed in 2005, the building was designed by Aedas. It is situated just in front of the new CCTV headquarters, on the other side of the East Third Ring Road, in the CBD.
4. China World Trade Center Tower III
It is the tallest skyscraperin Beijing (330 m) with 81 floors, 4 underground floors, and 30 elevators. It is the third phase of development of the China World Trade Center complex in Chaoyang CBD. It is situated at the junction of the East Third Ring Road and Jianguomen Outer Street (JianGuo Men WaiDajie), just at the exit of Guomao subway station.The office space is located on floors 1 to 55. Floors 64 to 77 are occupied by a hotel. Floors 79 to 81 are used for a restaurant and an observation deck.
5. Beijing Kerry Centre
The well-known Kerry Centre is one of the most famous building in Beijing.
Its location in the heart of CBD, in GuangHua Road, is ideal as it is a part of the main business hub of the city.
The Kerry Centre is composed of two towers, which includes hotel, shops and restaurants.
6. New China Life Insurance Tower Centre
This modern and high end office tower is situated in Jiangguomen Outer Street, in the continuity of Chang’An Avenue, near Yong’Anli subway station. Close to The Place, the area is a very active part of Chaoyang district.
7.Capital Mansion
The Capital Mansion tower includes offices as well as apartment and is very well situated in the Liangmaqiao area, not far from Lufthansa. It has been completed in 1991, but quality and efficiency are still among the best in Beijing. Airport expressway is nearby.
8. Grand Orient
Located halfway between Dongzhimen and Liangmaqiao area, in Chaoyang district, Grand Orient is a 30-floor office tower with 80,000 square meter total area. The building is also composed of apartments and hotel.
9. Sunflower Tower
Located in the diplomatic quarter of Beijing and near the huge Chaoyang Park, Sunflower Tower is a 25 level office tower combining European architectural design with high quality construction. The total floor area is 53,000 square meters. There is lot of facilities (restaurants, gym, banks) nearby.
