The architectural concept of CITIC Tower is derived from the image of “Zun” as treasured traditional Chinese ritual vessels.

It covers an area of 11,748 m2 /126,454 ft², with a total construction area of 437,000 m2 / 4,703,829 ft², of which 350,000 m2 / 3,767,369 ft² above ground, 87,000 m2 / 936,460 ft² underground. The total building height is 528m / 1,732 ft with 108 floors above ground and 7 floors underground (excluding mezzanine) which makes it the tallest building in Beijing and 5th tallest in China. 


The complex integrates Grade A office buildings for conferences, commerce, tourism, and various supporting services, and can accommodate 12,000 people.

       +     Well located (Guomao hub), high-end standard, good management service, high tech intelligent building, presents a quality image

       –    Expensive rental, CBD traffic jam, occasionally noisy due to surrounding area renovations, limited amenities inside the building and nearby at this time (2020)
