The oldest international school in Beijing, ISB is an independent, coeducational college-preparatory day school offering an international curriculum for the sons and daughters of expatriate families. Situated on a 32-acre campus in a northeastern suburb, ISB enrolls approximately 1900 students from more than 50 countries, from pre-K through Grade 12. About 45% of our students hold US passports.
An IB World School since 1991, ISB was the first school in China to offer the IB Diploma Programme. ISB is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC); in Europe by the Council of International Schools (CIS); and in China by the National Center for School Curriculum and Textbook Development.
