CBD Private Castle is a brand new compound located inside CBD, next to CCTV tower and 100m north of Jing Guang Centre. It is opposite Tuanjiehu Park, inside the 3rd Ring Road which makes the compound very convenient for enjoying the city centre and working in the CBD area. Advantages:
The area of CBD is not only very new but offers also a good location for expat people living in Beijing who want to enjoy the city going down to Sanlitun, Guomao or Lufthansa area. Public transport is quick and you will find shops and restaurants around. Chaoyang Park is 15 minutes away by drive but Tuanjiehu Park is basically in front which is in Beijing a privilege.

Disadvantages:
The entire area is very busy and does not offers much calmness if you are locking for an expat friendly community with garden and perfect for children, you should think about moving better to the suburbs.
