Stars description :
- 1 star: Ayi has few experience and isn't familiar with Beijing.
- 2 stars: Ayi has some experience with Chinese family but not with foreign one.
- 3 stars: Ayi has around 2 years experience with foreign family and her service include housekeeping,washing,ironning and babysitting.
- 4 stars: Ayi can speak some English compared to 3 stars Ayi.
- 5 stars: Ayi has many years experience and can speak some English too. Few are available.
Payment methods:
- Each payment should be collected by Scout and then given to the Ayi.
- Depending on the Service Type chosen by the employer 50rmb to 300rmb will be paid monthly as agency fee per month
FAQ:
How about the payment during vacations and holidays?
No increase should be added – salary should remain the same.
How about overtime fees?
The extra hours will be paid directly to the Ayi for a price of 15rmb per hour. If the time is late then we strongly recommend the employer to pay for her Ayi’s one way taxi fee.
How about the reliability of the experience of the AYI?
Each and everyone of the Ayi are trained in Housekeeping school before working in families.
What are the competences of these Ayis?
Each Ayis are first to obtain professional service manners and etiquette as well as been trained for general house cleaning, cooking, baby-sitting, shopping as well as extra housework you may need.
How can you insure the safety and healthly side of those Housekeepers?
Each and everyone of the Ayi are Beijing permanent residents or non Beijing residents with years of experience in housekeeping in Beijing and have proven their identity. They all have already obtain their health check-up or will be required to get it at the hospital not more than one week after starting their work at your place. The hospital check-up includes tuberculosis, Hepatitis-B & heart check.
If we got any communication problem with our Ayi, how to deal with it?
A team of people will be available 24hours for free interpretation between you and the Ayi if he/she does not speak English.

- Every two month payment will be collected by our team and then paid to the Driver.
- Free agency fee service to be paid by the employer to our company.
FAQ:
How about the payment during vacations and holidays?
No increase should be added – salary should remain the same.
How about overtime fees?
The extra hours will be 20rmb per hour. If the driver works after 9:00 PM, employer agrees to pay 20rmb for dinner.
How about the reliability of the experience of the Driver?
Each and everyone of the driver are check on their previous experience (Penalty record at the police station) as well as their reference letter from previous expatriates families will be studied. On the top of that, our team has studied a perfect testing process to evaluate the driver’s abilities and good faith (driving test- familiarity with road- English test- etc)
How can you insure the safety and healthly status of those Drivers?
Each and everyone of the drivers have a valid ID Card and a residence card is required if drivers are not local residents. A record of their personal contact will be kept at our company for reference. All drivers have already obtain their health check-up or will be required to get it at the hospital not more than two days after starting their work for your family. The hospital check-up includes tuberculosis, Hepatitis-B & heart check.
