Xanadu Apartments are located in the center of the CBD in front of both the CCTV and Jing Guang Towers. Close to subway line 10 and about 15 minutes’ drive to Sanlitun, 10 minutes to Guomao and 35 minutes away from Beijing Airport. Xanadu is surrounded by office buildings and some luxury hotels, having a few shopping malls very close.

These appartments have a fitness centre and also supermarkets, banks, restaurants and Chinese shops nearby. Joy City shopping centre is close, including International brands and any type of restaurants and cafes such as Starbucks. The entire CBD area is one of the most modern part of Beijing: Skyscrapers, luxury hotels, International brands and close to Silk Market.

Advantages:
The area of CBD is not only very new but offers also a good location for expat people living in Beijing who want to enjoy the city going down to Sanlitun, Guomao or Lufthansa area. Public transport is quick, having line 10 available and taxis every time. Chaoyang Park is 15 minutes away by car which is not so much time if you live in Beijing.

Disadvantages:
The area is not very calm because of the crazy traffic and the lights during night but CBD area is convenient if you work there or you enjoy the big city life. No parks or International Schools near.
