Upon your arrival, whether you are family or an individual, your Scout Real Estate consultant will ensure that you quickly become acquainted with the city and your new surroundings.
- Brief summary of Beijing´s expat residential communities will be introduced to you (Housing map)
- Familiarization of the expat with western-standard medical facilities in Beijing (Hospital & Medical registration)
- Choose, contact, and early registration with the appropriate schools for your children + admissions process assistance
- Advise on safety precautions and accepted cultural practices (such as tipping, negotiation, etc)
- Assist the client in finding their way around the immediate vicinity of their work location
- Answer all questions about bringing a pet to China in the most comfortable and stress-free way (moving services advices)
- Suggest a variety of reputable restaurants popular among other expats as well as shopping places
- Find all household necessities including food, clothing, gifts, etc
- Refer social communities available in Beijing for new comers (Pékin Accueil, Viva, Vegan Club, BICF, Yin Yang Community Center, etc)
This integration program might take from half a day up to 2 days depending on your time and company package allocation.
