One of the most cosmopolitan areas in Chaoyang District is the neighborhood of Sanlitun. Located 15 minutes away from CBD and other 15 minutes’ drive to Chaoyang Park, this area offers a high variety of stores, the Yashow Clothing Market, restaurants, bars and night clubs.
The Lianbao Apartments are located in front of the popular Worker’s Stadium and near the Sanlitun Village.

The Lianbao Garden Apartments consists of four buildings with 216 apartments ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms. The apartments are spacious and bright, with large eat-in kitchens, built-in closets with mirror doors in each bedroom and large sealed indoor balconies. The bathroom is spacious too and each flat has between 2-3.
In the middle of the four you can find a private garden with nice plants and threes. These apartments are very suitable for embassy workers who prefer large spaces, families with more children or young people who would like to share an apartment but need to have their own space. Accommodation in this flat will be nice during you life in Beijing for short or long stay.

The Workers Stadium offers not only Chinese football plays but also a spoilt for choice in high class restaurants and amazing night clubs and a long walk around for enjoying the city centre. Just in front of the Apartments a street full of western restaurants and bakeries are open during the entire day. You will be able to find an Italian restaurant, an Arabian a French one and a few Chinese restaurants and little shops. Just in the middle of two Lianbao Apartments you have also the western supermarket “April’s Gourmet”. Lianbao Apartments do not have a privat gym but you can find others around the compound.

Advantages:
Not only it is very well located from the main street where you can find a lot of different buses but also you have all services that the area of Sanlitun offers. The apartments are quiet new and the rental price is not high. You also will find a beauty salon inside the building and the western supermarket just near the main entrance.
Disadvantages:
There is a doorman during the entire day but there is not security and especial services available such as private gym or swimming pool. The apartments are big and the kitchen is full equipped but the lobby is not very new or luxury. You will not find big parks or green spaces very near (Chaoyang Park is located 15 minutes drive away).
