Park Avenue is located close to the East 4th ring road south of Chaoyang Park and has a very easy access to Sanlitun in about 10 minutes and another 10min to Lufthansa area. Beijing tube line 10 is close but also subway line 16 will be soon available to make that location the perfect place for expat people living in Beijing.

Indoor and Outdoor
Park Avenue is composed by 5 residential buildings with some of the units having great views to Chaoyang Park. There is a wide inside garden with a Children’s Playground area and some nice paths surrounded by trees and grass. The design of the flats remains simple but is equipped with modern furniture.
Facilities
Park Avenue has not only a wide private garden but also a big gym with fitness center and swimming pool offering lots of activities, tennis court, pin-pon table and a spa center too. The entire area is surrounded by many western food restaurants, Chinese restaurants, an April’s Gourmet Supermarket and a Jenny Lou’s western food store.

Advantages
High quality living, wide open green spaces with security and full house services available. Easy access to different areas by having a few buses lines in front and line 10 of the Beijing tube. It is an expat friendly area with an April’s Gourmet supermarket nearby in order to buy western products and an Eton Bilingual Kindergarten on one side. You also can enjoy a few Chinese cuisine restaurants around the area and a Golf field, located 5 minutes away which are definitively an advantage if you like this type of sport. Solana shopping mall is not far away either with an entire street full of Japanese restaurants and western products shops.

Disadvantages
The area of Chaoyang Park has not any International School nearby so it will take more time for children to go to school. The area behind Park Avenue is not as charming as others around Beijing. Living in a community is very convenient but does not offer the same space as living outside the city centre in a villa.
